VIRTUALWARE SELECTED FOR DANONE DIGITAL MANUFACTURING SUMMIT

Virtualware selected for Danone ELN Digital Manufacturing Summit

The consultancy Inter Partner organises the Danone Early Life Nutrition Digital Manufacturing Summit. It is and exclusive two-day Summit where suppliers carefully selected present to Danone ELN executives, their latest technologies and innovations focusing on the digital factory of the future. This year has taken place on July 11th & 12th, in Utrecht, The Netherlands.

David Moreno, EMEA Business Development of Virtualware has presented how Human Machine Interfaces (HMI / SCADA) can leverage the coordination and control of industrial and manufacturing processes in the plant and some of our solutions and projects for Industry 4.0:

Monitoring Plant Performance: Digital Twins and advanced interfaces for local and remote real-time monitoring of the plant performance to enhance efficiency and decision-making.

Planning and Scheduling: Highly-customized interactive interfaces integrated with existing planning and scheduling systems to improve visibility and control of manufacturing.

Maintenance management: Remote support and Augmented reality for maintenance optimization.

The presentation was made to more than 45 Danone ELN decision makers, including representatives of Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality, after having passed a previous selection process among 600 potential suppliers.

The event has been a great opportunity for Virtualware to access a qualified audience and to discuss with the ELN teams about the current and future needs in the manufacturing sector, and to get a realistic feed-back from them, analysing which solutions and technologies are identified as high potential and most relevant among those presented.
